Can anyone identify just what this is? It reminds me of a pill box, but I doubt that's what it is. Each end has a hinged lid, but it does not close securely. It flops open if inverted.

• shiny silver-tone metal (chrome perhaps)
• about 2 5/8 inches (6 cm) long
• about 3/4 inches (2 cm) wide
• about 3/8 inches (1 cm) high
• "ATLAS" engraved on center of top
• Atlas image (man with world on shoulders) engraved on each lid
• it looks like I should be able to take the top off, but I can't (it may be bent and I don't want to force it)

It's a pocket rubber stamp. I used to have one but don't remember what the stamp was.
