Wow, no journal entries from me in a while. Way too busy. New job, new house, son going to college in the fall. Hopefully I'll get back to posting soon.
Had to go somewhere to express my sadness on the loss of Chris Squire, bassist extraordinaire for Yes. Idolized him during my adolescence. Many hours were spent just trying to isolate on the bass lines of all the songs he played on. This is the first, I hate to call it "celebrity", passing that actually made me misty-eyed. I'm glad I got to see him in concert a couple times. I'm sure he'll be greatly missed, not only by his family, friends, and bandmates, but by all the musicians he

Just posted a few pics from the vacation. I'll get to more soon, I hope. I got a lot of the landscaping on the grounds of the Polynesian Resort where we stayed. I'll through in a few from a park or two, as well. I just need to get my butt in gear.

Only back to work for about 4 months, but I already took a week off for a trip to Disney World. Another great time down there. I never tire of the place. Just a big kid. I'll post some pics soon (I hope).

There are those who would disagree, but THANKS! Thanks for the watch, too. I haven't been posting anything lately, but I'm hoping to get back to some photography soon. I also have a couple calligraphy ideas. My skills, I'm afraid, have gotten rusty.
